Vladimir Zajac has completed his PhD. in 1982 at the Cancer Research Institute of Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava (Slovakia), where he worked as the Head of Department of Cancer Genetics from 1996 to 2010. He joined the Medical Faculty of the Comenius University as Associate Professor of Genetics in 2007. He has published 72 papers mostly in reputed journals and he was editor of the book “Bacteria, viruses and parasites in AIDS process” (InTech, 2011).

David Jilich, MD is Vice-Chief of the HIV Centre Prague, which is the out-patient clinic with the biggest cohort of patients in the Czech Republic. HIV Centre Prague is a part of Department Infectious and Tropical Diseases, Na Bulovce Hospital. He obtained his Medical Degree from the Charles University in Prague. He is a specialist in Infectious Diseases and his main focus is HIV infection. He is an active teacher at First Medical Faculty, Charles University. He is also active in many local and international research projects. Dr. Jilich is a member of EACS. He is a member of PrEP/PEP Committee at the Czech Ministry of Health. He is also a co-author of the national guidelines for the management of HIV (2013, 2016). He has published over 50 papers in national and international journals and actively participates at the national and international scientific meetings.

Isabell Eibl, MSc, MBA is general manager of Aids Hilfe Wien, an NGO providing prevention, voluntary counselling and testing in Vienna, Austria. Aids Hilfe Wien is a regional NGO responsible for the East of Austria. Isabell Eibl has been with the organization since 2009 and was leading the department for prevention before her work as a general manager. She represents her organization at the Civil Society Forum at the EU and is also a member of EATG. In the past she has worked in many EU projects and has also been nominated as a member of the Austrian STI board.
